Rebecca Levine found herself drawn to helping families with children that have special needs after graduating from law school. After a clerkship in Hennepin County Family Court with Judge Daniel Moreno and Judge Kevin Burke, Rebecca joined the law firm of Thiel, Anderson and Levine, where she developed a focus in estate planning for families that have a child with a disability.
Rebecca has helped hundreds of parents to become guardians of their adult child and participated in the Hennepin County court-required video that guardians are required to view.
Rebecca is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar. In addition, she is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court where she submitted an Amicus Brief on behalf of Employer Solutions Staffing Group, a national staffing service for whom she serves as outside counsel. She volunteers with Fraser and serves on the Board of Directors for Bridging Hearts, a Minnesota organization helping young people with disabilities grow and form meaningful connections.
